We can setup an initial meeting to understand your needs and provide an overview of our services. We operate as a family and friends-owned, full-service Property Management & Marketing company. Together, we possess decades of international experience in multi-property ownership, banking, IT, healthcare, and tourism management. Having worked in diverse multinational companies worldwide and engaged with a substantial number of expats, we've recognized the critical necessity for tailored care and services for NRNs (Non-Resident Nepalese) and multi-property owners in Nepal seeking property management solutions.
RPM understands the importance of individual privacy. So, we will take every effort to keep the information confidential. For example, only selected few senior RPM management team will have the information about the property owners. All other staff will only know the property address.

The property owner pays for the maintenance. RPM will send the pictures of the damages and fix the damages immediately if the work is less than NRs 4,000. If the damage is for more than NRs 4,000, we will immediately patch the issue and discuss with the property owner to take next steps to fix the damage properly.
Once the maintenance is completed, we will upload the invoice in the website where you can login to view. If you do not have access to the website, we can send the invoice in the email. You can then transfer the fees to RPM's account with the invoice reference in the payment.
For the most efficient service, RPM team prefers to have a direct communication with the tenants. However, this can be discussed as per your requirement. You can be the first point of contact for the tenant if you prefer.
We will take the picture and upload it in the website where you can login to view. If you do not have access to the website, we can send the picture in the email.
RPM will discuss with you to take appropriate action to either negotiate or evict the tenants. We will take appropriate actions as per Nepal’s regulations. We will provide you guidance for free but if we need to evict or take any legal actions, the property owner would have to pay any additional cost.
RPM will do the proper due diligence to check before renting it out. In all cases, we will send our suggested tenant to the property owner. It will be a property owner to sign the rental agreement with the tenant.
Paying annual taxes is part of the service we provide. We will send a separate invoice to you for the tax amount and make a payment to the relevant tax office.
We can provide full service via in person meetings, emails, and phone. We are happy talk to you and understand your needs to create a be-spoke solution for you.
We can provide various services to make your Nepal visit sweet and comfortable. Some of the services includes: accommodation, partial or full-service transportation services, tourist guides, party arrangements, and maids/helpers/cleaners.
RPM can provide full consultation on the regulations around the Dual Citizenship, FDI, and the banking services provided to the NRNs. This will not be a legal advice but a high-level consultation. RPM can of course connect you to the legal experts if needed.
