Nitesh
Management Team
Nitesh, located in Kathmandu, will serve as the primary contact for RPM in Nepal. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate management and construction. Over the past 15 years, he has successfully managed dozens of residential and commercial rental properties, refining his skills in property oversight and client relations. In addition to his real estate expertise, Nitesh owns a travel agency in Nepal, where he has built a strong reputation for excellence and customer service. Now, he is poised to leverage his diverse experience to establish a dedicated property management business, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the needs of property owners and tenants.

Prerana
Management Team
Prerana is a dentist in the U.S. with 15 years of experience gained in Nepal, India, Singapore, and the U.S. In addition to her professional practice, she cares for her toddler son and, along with her husband, manages real estate and investment ventures in Nepal. Her involvement in community initiatives has given her insight into the challenges faced by Nepalese individuals abroad who own properties in Nepal. She is now working with a team in Nepal to address these challenges.
Sajin
Management Team
Sajin has been residing in the US for over two decades and working in the information system sector for deregulated Energy Trading Industry. The frequent travel and love for the family and the country has made him stay closer to Nepal. Furthermore, he has been advising family and friends living abroad to manage their properties.
Subin
Management Team
Subin brings a wealth of experience in managing BPO operations, with a 16-year track record in the technology and financial industries. He is currently the VP of Operations at one of the top emerging data analytics company. His professional journey includes roles in banking and technology firms. Subin is an alumnus of the University of Delhi with a bachelor’s degree, the University of Findlay, Ohio with an MBA, and Western Illinois University, Illinois with an MS in Accounting. During his Masters, he managed Graduate and Family Housing consisting of 24 units as the “Resident Manager”. Furthermore, renting private and commercial houses has been his family’s secondary business since the late 1980s. Subin currently resides in Kathmandu, Nepal and continues to oversee this family initiative as well.
Suraj
Management Team
Suraj is a seasoned banking and real estate professional with expertise in financial management, credit analysis, and customer service. He holds an Executive Master in Business Management (EMBA) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Institution Management. With over two decades at Everest Bank Limited, he has progressed from a trainee to Branch Manager, managing branches in Satungal, Birgunj, Satdobato, and Baglung. In addition to banking, he has experience in real estate investment, property valuation, mortgage financing, and property management, overseeing rental properties and ensuring efficient operations.
Girija
Advisory Team
Girija, a former civil servant who held the position of joint secretary, dedicated 28 years to government service. Prior to this, he spent three years as a lecturer at the Institute of Engineering. He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT-Roorkee, India in 1984, followed by a Master's degree in Infrastructure Planning from the University of Stuttgart, Germany in 1989, and a Hubert Humphrey Fellowship in City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, USA in 1995-96. His primary areas of expertise lie in physical planning and municipal planning.
Prabin
Advisory team
Prabin is a Senior Architect and Infrastructure Planner with 25+ years of experience. He has led multiple departments at the Lalitpur Metropolitan City Office, also serving as Acting Chief and Executive Officer. He has managed major national and international projects, including World Bank and USAID initiatives. Prabin has also taught at the School of Environmental Management Studies and COSMOS College of Engineering and Management. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from BUET, a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Management and Finance from IHS, Netherlands.
